Delivery processing time
All orders (except custom made furniture) are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or Public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Nairobi Same Day Delivery
Select Nairobi Same Day Delivery option at checkout. Any orders made after 12:00pm may be delivered on the next day. For certain products, same day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.
Nairobi Outskirts Same Day (Karen, Kitusuru, Syokimau, Kitengela, Wangige, Kikuyu, Rongai, Ngong, Limuru, Juja, Mlolongo, Eastern By-Pass)
Select Nairobi Outskirts Same Day option at checkout. Any orders made after 12:00pm may be delivered on the next day. For certain products, same day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.
Outside Nairobi - Next Day via Fargo Courier
Select Outside Nairobi - Next Day via Fargo Courier at checkout.
To ensure you receive your order on the next day, please place your order by 3:00pm.
Our team will sms/email you a tracking number so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier.
Please note that Fargo Courier delivers items only to locations that are within a 10km radius from the town. In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or in case the package is not delivered at the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from their offices in the town.
Fargo Courier does not have a specific delivery timeline. However, there might be delays and deliveries may take an extra day to be delivered, between 9am and 4pm.
Special circumstances
For certain products, same day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.
Orders for customised furniture, mattresses will be delivered after production is complete, usually 7-15 working days depending on the product ordered.

What can you do to make delivery easier for us?

2. Always provide a phone number for the delivery person to call in the event that they require clarification which they can reach you on easily.
For deliveries outside Nairobi with vague delivery details, the Fargo Courier team will not be able to deliver and the recipient will be required to pick the items from their offices in the town the item is meant to be delivered to.
