Excellent service, faulty product!

I received excellent customer service from Emily however the thermometer in the Tommee Tippee healthcare kit was faulty. We explored various resolution options and in the end I ended up returning the whole kit and getting a full refund. Despite the final transaction leaving me without the product, I felt that my best interests had been considered and wasn't a disgruntled customer. Keep up the super job Emily and team!
