To participate in M&B Rewards, customers must be at least 18 years old. A customer may become a member by creating an account online at www.motherbabyshop.co.ke. To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and your first and last name. Creating an account is free, and no purchase is necessary.
Members agree to receive loyalty-specific email messages with information about their accounts, as well as other promotional emails and marketing from Mother & Baby Shop. To stop receiving promotional emails from Mother & Baby Shop, you may use the unsubscribe option in any such email.
We are not responsible for Rewards or communications lost or undelivered due to incorrect or changed email address or other contact information.

How to Earn Rewards
The M&B Rewards program allows you to earn Rewards (“Rewards”) on various actions taken on www.motherbabyshop.co.ke as follows;
Customers will earn rewards on purchases made as follows; for each Ksh 1 spent on Net Eligible purchases while signed into their account, the Member will earn 1 Reward.
For each new customer referred who spends above Ksh 2,000 on their first purchase atwww.motherbabyshop.co.ke the referring customer will earn 500 Rewards. The referred customer will only count as a new customer if they have never previously made a purchase onwww.motherbabyshop.co.ke. For the referrer to receive their Rewards, the referred customer will have to create an account onwww.motherbabyshop.co.ke and input the referral code in their account before making their first purchase on the website.
For each review given after a purchase the customer will receive 10 Rewards. The email address provided when giving the review should be the same one used during account creation and log-in for the Rewards to reflect on the customers account.
Rewards are earned on the Net Eligible Purchase (“Net Eligible Purchases”) amounts after applying all discounts, offers, coupons, and Reward redemptions, rounded to the nearest Kenya shilling. Net Eligible Purchases do not include taxes, returns, refunds and non-merchandise items, such as delivery or delivery fees, gift wrap, and gift cards.
Rewards will appear in the Member’s account within 72 hours after a qualifying purchase. Members must provide the email address associated with their M&B Rewards account at the time of purchase to receive Rewards.Rewards earned for returned merchandise will be deducted from the Member’s account. Rewards cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated.Rewards expire twelve (12) months after being earned. Rewards will remain available in your Rewards balance until they are redeemed for a Reward, or expire.
We have the right to deduct Rewards from your Rewards balance for charges that were not or do not remain Net Eligible Purchases. Rewards earned have no cash value and may not be used as payment of any outstanding obligation to Mother and Baby Shop.
Rewards for Special Offers.
From time to time, we may make special offers for you to earn additional Rewards for Net Eligible Purchases (“Bonus Rewards.”) The way to earn Bonus Rewards, and the Bonus Rewards that can be earned, may vary. Read each offer carefully, as there may be important conditions or limitations, such as blackout periods, Bonus Point limits, or exclusions. You may have to register to qualify for the offer. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time without notice. Any such change or withdrawal will not affect Bonus Rewards already earned. Your Net Eligible Purchase must be completed and the transaction charged to your Account during the special offer period in order for you to earn the applicable Bonus Rewards. During special offer periods, making a return in the same transaction as a new purchase may result in earning fewer Rewards because Rewards are calculated off of your Net Eligible Purchase (in this case, your purchase minus return).
If you believe Rewards were earned that have not timely posted to your Rewards balance, you may dispute your Rewards balance (“Rewards Dispute”) by immediately calling 0798-674-483 or writing to Mother and Baby Shop at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the posting date. If you do not notify us within that period, you waive your right to make a Rewards Dispute with respect to that purchase and all Rewards allocations are final. We may require you to provide written confirmation of the disputed Rewards balance and the applicable purchase receipt. We may decline to investigate further if you do not provide the requested confirmation or a valid receipt.
When you earn Rewards you will be eligible to redeem them for discounts. Rewards are redeemable for a specified Kenya shilling amount off qualifying purchases on www.motherbabyshop.co.ke. The current Reward redeemable value is 1 Reward = Ksh1. Once you’ve redeemed a discount, your Rewards balance will be reduced by the number of Rewards used to obtain the discount(s). Except as provided below, we will send an email to your M&B Rewards primary email address once you redeem a discount. To change the primary email address for your Account, please contact Mother and Baby Shop by calling 0798-674-483.
The Member is responsible for keeping the account contact information current and updated. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect addresses or failure of email to be received. Rewards can only be used for purchase of merchandise items and will be deducted from the transaction total before any other coupons or promotional offers are applied. Rewards cannot be used on non-merchandise items, such as delivery fees, gift wrap, and gift cards and are not valid on previous purchases. Rewards cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated. Rewards have no cash value. Any Customer who returns merchandise acquired with a Reward discount will not receive a new Reward or a cash refund for the Reward value.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we may cancel any earned or outstanding Rewards if we become insolvent, unable to pay our debts when due, file an action under the Kenyan Insolvency Act or have such an action filed against us.
If there is no activity on a Member’s account for two (2) years, the account may be cancelled. Mother and Baby Shop also can cancel any Member’s account immediately if the Member has breached these Terms, has failed to follow Rewards Program policies and procedures, has sold or traded Rewards or Rewards, has used multiple M&B Rewards accounts, or has otherwise engaged in inappropriate conduct, as determined by Mother and Baby Shop in its sole discretion and without notice. If a Member’s M&B Rewards account is cancelled for any of these reasons, then that Member will be ineligible to enroll or participate in the M&B Rewards program in the future and will immediately forfeit all Rewards. Mother and Baby Shop reserves the right to take legal action to recover any damages, attorneys’ fees, or court costs from such a Member.
Mother and Baby Shop reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. All interpretations by Mother and Baby Shop are final. By participating in the M&B Rewards program, each Member hereby releases Mother and Baby Shop from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) relating to his/her participation in the M&B Rewards program, use of Rewards, or agreement to these Terms.
You may cancel your participation in the M&B Rewards program at any time by calling us at 0798-674-483. If you cancel your participation in the M&B Rewards program, you will no longer earn Rewards and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired Rewards. Canceling your participation in the M&B Rewards program will not cancel your Credit Account.
Updates and Changes
These Terms, as well as any M&B Rewards program elements, may be amended, updated, changed, or terminated at any time at the discretion of Mother and Baby Shop. Notification of any such event, including the effective date, will be posted at www.motherbabyshop.co.ke and also sent via email to Members via the email address they have registered with the M&B Rewards program.
Continued participation in the M&B Rewards program after a change takes effect constitutes agreement to the change. If you disagree with a change, your sole remedy is to cease participating in the M&B Rewards program.
Neither Mother and Baby Shop nor any of our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, service providers, or agents will be liable to you, or anyone making a claim on your behalf, in connection with (a) any termination of, change in, or suspension of the M&B Rewards program; (b) any claim relating to products purchased using any Rewards obtained through the Program; (c) any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience caused by any occurrence outside of our control.
