This will depend on the delivery option you select at check out as follows:
Standard deliveries (Nairobi Only): You will receive your items within 3 to 6 hours* after your order is confirmed.** Delivery timelines are between 8 am and 6 pm
Deliveries out of Nairobi: For deliveries outside Nairobi*** we do next day delivery via Fargo Courier. Delivery timelines are between 8 am and 6 pm. Our Logistics team will send you the tracking number for your order to make it easier to follow up with the Fargo Courier team regarding your delivery.
Free Click and collect from Ngara: Processing your order will take anywhere between 1- 4 hours* from your order confirmation**, depending on how busy we are. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a call from our logistics team informing you when you can pick up your order. In order to avoid frustration or coming and waiting for long periods, please wait for our logistics team to call you or confirm with them before coming to the office.
Free two day delivery on orders above 10,000 ( All Across Kenya***): If your order qualifies and you choose to have free two day delivery, you will receive your order two working days after the date* of your order confirmation**. This option is available to deliveries both within and out of Nairobi. Delivery timelines are between 8 am and 6 pm.
*Orders placed after 12pm, on Weekends and Public Holidays may be processed on the next working day, so calculate the delivery time above starting from the next working day.
**An order is confirmed once you have completed the order on our site and made a full payment for it including the delivery fees.
***For deliveries to Lodwar, Lokichogio, Maralal, Lamu, kindly contact us on 0785 644 484 or 0798 674 483 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org as standard delivery rates do not apply.
In the event of any delays due to unforeseeable circumstances, our logistics team shall communicate.
Yes. We are happy to refund any product* returned within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred in returning the item.
*Exceptions to this are- toiletries, and personal products such as breast pads and nappies, bras, briefs and products that have been personalised, food (including milk formula), gift vouchers, gift cards and opened teats, diapers, etc. as well as items bought on sale.
